Baby it's too stinking cold outside!!

Hola familia Juanes! I am back, and it is very cold. It is hard to believe that a week ago today I was wading in the Pacific Ocean. There is lots of snow on the ground here, and from the looks of things a lot more to come. I stayed at Monte and Trudy's the first night back in the U.S. They seem to be doing well. Conner and Kirsten are fun and talkative and showed me their new Wii Fit. New Year's Eve was uneventful. I went to bed at about 11:15. Mike came the next day and spent the weekend here. We watched Willow and Breaking Dawn, exchanged Christmas presents, ate yummy food, and went to a BYU basketball game with Rosie and Glenn. It was lots of fun. Even though it is nice to be back (especially for one reason in particular :) ), there are quite a few things I miss from my Ecuador vacation:
  • Mumsy, Papsy, and Melsy
  • Crossword puzzles with Mom
  • Mega Maxi Pad
  • Singing in Mom's ear...she loved it. You should all try it sometime.
  • Pineapple and mango
  • Ecua milk and cheese ;)
  • and watching Dad's mad Ecua-driving skills ("WOW")
Now it is Becca and Cat's turn to poast.

Glad that you are back home where the plumbing is good, and not needed as often!

1) So what did you get from Mike for Christmas?
2) How did you get to Springville from SLC? Did you walk?
3) You should have seen Dad's mad driving skills as he passed cars in dense fog on the windy mountain roads. As Elder Cárdenas, Dad's assistant put it, "yo estaba pálido".
4) It is Becca and Cat's turn to poast. Do you think if we use that term "poast" enough, that we'll be right and everyone else will be wrong?
5) Phun poast, and very phunny as well.
